Not officially. El Rio is an unincorporated community in Ventura County, next to Oxnard, and it shares Oxnard mailing addresses. We install in both.
Yes. 93036 covers El Rio and parts of north Oxnard, and we install in all of it.
No. Pronto is an installation company, so you rent or buy the lights and we do the rest. If you are not sure what to get, we measure what you want lit and tell you the lengths, bulb type and clips to order.
October and early November give you the most choice of dates. The calendar fills quickly as Thanksgiving gets closer, so book early if you want your lights on by the first week of December.
