Christmas light installation
Roofline, trees, shrubs and pathways for your home.
What goes into the price, what you pay us for and what you pay for the lights. Every home is quoted on its own, and quotes are free.
With Pronto you pay for two separate things. The first is the lights, which you rent or buy yourself. The second is our work: design, installation and any removal or service you choose. Our price depends mostly on roofline length, the height of the home and how many trees and shrubs you add.
Many installers quote one number that mixes product and labor. Because we do not sell lights, you see each part on its own. You know what the lights cost because you rent or buy them, and you know what the work costs because that is all we quote.
We measure before we price. A quote based on a guess is how people end up with a second bill.
Four things move the number most.
| What we look at | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Roofline length | More feet of roofline means more lights, more clips and more time on the ladder. |
| Height and pitch | Two-story homes and steep roofs take longer to light safely than single-story homes. |
| Trees and shrubs | A wrapped trunk is quick. A tall canopy takes many more strands and a longer visit. |
| Power and timers | Outlet locations decide how cords are run and how many timers the layout needs. |
This part is in your hands. Each route has a different cost pattern.
You pay each season and return the lights after takedown. There is nothing to store and nothing to replace.
Lowest cost in the first year.
You pay once and reuse the lights every year. Store them dry and most LED sets last for several seasons.
Usually cheapest over time if you keep the same layout.
No new cost if your strands are outdoor-rated and still working. We check them before install day.
Cheapest, as long as the lights pass the check.
Everything you need to compare it with another offer.
Ask every installer the same two questions: who owns the lights, and what happens if a section goes out in December.
Give us your city and phone number. Add your address if you would like us to look at the home first.
We measure the roofline and anything else you want lit. The form cannot take attachments, so email photos of your home to prontochristmaslights@gmail.com.

It depends on your roofline length, the height of the house and what else you light. We price each home after measuring it, and the quote is free.
We are an installation company. Keeping the product separate means you can rent, buy or reuse lights from anywhere, and you are not tied to one supplier or to a lease.
Renting costs less in the first year and there is nothing to store. Buying costs more at the start and usually works out cheaper if you keep the same layout for several seasons.
Your quote shows it. Every quote lists takedown, either inside the install price or as its own line, so you know the full cost before you book.
Your quote shows that too. It says how in-season repair visits are handled and what, if anything, they cost.
No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation.
Tell us where you are and how to reach you. We will ask the right questions, measure what you want lit and send you a clear price.
