Holiday lighting the whole community shares

Quick answer

Pronto installs holiday lighting for homeowner associations and managed communities: entry monuments, gates, clubhouses, pool buildings and common-area trees. The association rents or buys the lights. We install, maintain and remove them on the dates the board sets.

A lit entrance tells residents and guests the season has started. It is also the one display every owner has a stake in, so it needs to be tidy, on time and gone when the board says.

We give the board one layout and one price to approve. During the season the manager has one number to call.

Where communities add lights

The entrance is the usual place to start. Other areas can follow in later years.

Entrances

Monument signs, gate columns and the trees beside them. This is what residents and guests see first.

The usual starting point.

Shared buildings

Clubhouses, pool houses and mail kiosks, outlined along the roofline.

Good where residents gather.

Common areas

Trees along the main drive, greenbelts and roundabouts.

Good for larger communities.

How it works for an association

  1. 1Walk the property

We meet your manager or a board member and list what could be lit.

  2. 2Board approval

You get a layout and a price to put in front of the board.

  3. 3Install

We install on the agreed date and test every area.

  4. 4Service and removal

The manager calls if anything goes out. We remove everything on the date in the quote.

Lighting for residents too

When a community sets a standard for holiday lights, owners often want help meeting it. We install on individual homes in the same community, and each owner gets a separate quote.

  • Homes lit within the community rules on color and dates
  • Owners rent, buy or reuse their own lights
  • Takedown before the community deadline

What boards usually ask

QuestionAnswer
Who owns the lights? The association. You rent or buy them, so there is no product contract with us.
Who handles power? We use existing outdoor outlets and tell you if an area has none.
What about wind and rain?If a section goes out or comes loose, the manager calls and we schedule a service visit.
When do the lights come down?On the date in your quote, usually in the first half of January.

Do you work with property management companies?

Yes. We can quote for a manager or directly for the board.

Can you provide a layout for board approval?

Yes. The quote describes each area, what gets lit and in what color, so the board knows what it is approving.

Our community has rules about light colors and dates. Can you follow them?

Yes. Send us the rules and we plan the layout, the install date and the removal date to fit.

Can residents book their own homes?

Yes. Each owner gets a separate quote for residential installation.

Do you supply the lights?

No. The association rents or buys the lights, and we give you the full list after the property walk.

Can entrance lighting stay up all year?

Yes. Landscape lighting covers monument signs and entry trees on every night of the year.
