This policy explains what information Pronto Christmas Lights collects through prontochristmaslights.com, how we use it and what you can ask us to do with it.

When you send the quote form, we receive your name, phone number and city. If you choose to add them, we also receive your email address, your street address and the service you want. The same goes for what you want lit, the light color you prefer, how you plan to get your lights and any message you write.
If you call, email or text us, we receive what you tell us and the number or address you used.
The form is handled by FormSubmit, a third-party form service. When you press send, FormSubmit receives what you entered, forwards it to our email inbox and may keep a copy on its own systems. FormSubmit has its own privacy policy.
Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider record basic technical data when you visit. That includes your IP address, your browser type, the pages you view and the time of the visit. We may use an analytics service, such as Google Analytics, to see how many people visit and which pages they read. Analytics services use cookies or similar identifiers.
Some pages load content from other companies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and some pages show a Google map. When your browser loads these, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies.
We may use advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. The pixel tells Meta which pages you view on this site and when you send the quote form or tap our phone number. We use this to measure our ads and to show ads to people who have visited the site. Meta receives your IP address, browser details and cookie identifiers, and handles them under its own privacy policy.
You can limit this in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings or by blocking cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the pixel does not load at all.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with companies that help us run the business, such as our form, email, hosting, analytics and advertising providers, and when the law requires it.
California law may count what advertising tools receive about your visit as sharing for ads. To opt out, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. The advertising tools then stay off for you on this site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them. This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals. It does respond to Global Privacy Control: when your browser sends that signal, the advertising tools do not load.
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to do the work and to keep business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email prontochristmaslights@gmail.com or call (213) 800-4951. If you live in California, state law may give you additional rights. Contact us and we will respond to your request.
This site is for adults who own or manage property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or email system is completely secure.
If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
